salon & Client Responsibility
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We ask everyone to use hand sanitiser immediately on arrival to your appointment. Please bring a face mask to wear at all times. In addition, we recommend you wear gloves, this is not applicable if you have a nail appointment.
Please comply with your therapist responsibilities & protective measures to ensure the safety of you & others.
We ask you come alone & refrain from arriving earlier than your scheduled appointment time. We no longer have any waiting areas & all our doors will be locked & opened at your appointment. Our car park is closed, so please allow extra time to locate parking. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

We will update your personal details & take your temperature on arrival.
​
Please limit the belongings you take with you. Personal items such as your phone, keys, food or drink will not be allowed out of your bag during treatment. Items such as your bag & coat will be sealed in a plastic bag for the treatment duration.

The bathroom facilities are currently for emergency use only.
All staff will be wearing fresh PPE for each individual client and allowing time between appointments to thoroughly clean down used areas & equipment.

All previous payment systems remain. However, we encourage you to use contactless methods or card where available (payment methods differ depending on your therapist).

Preparations are under way in the salon & studio to safeguard everyone's health & safety. We are regularly following the government guidelines and strictly adhering to their recommendations.
We plan to re-open from July 4th 2020 at the earliest, this is subject to guidelines & individual therapist availability.
