The Hayloft Fitness is an exclusive gym for women – like you – who spend most of their lives putting others first. We do it as mothers, friends, wives, and business leaders. But here at The Hayloft, you can focus on yourself and join a recognised and genuine community of women, committed to inspiring and empowering each other in all aspects of your fitness, health and wellness pursuits.  

Whether you want the ultimate calorie-burning HIIT or Box Fit workout, train with our highly qualified Personal Trainers,  dance it out with the girls in Step Aerobics or strength & condition functional circuits classes, there’s something in our club for everyone.

Our team of instructors and personal trainers are dedicated, passionate and love what they do. Their efforts keep the community fit over the COVID19 pandemic were awarded locally in October 2020 by the HIgh Peak MP. 

The team delivers the latest, most enjoyable and innovative workouts and classes guaranteed to make you feel fantastic. Recognising you as an individual, we learn all our members by first name and care greatly about providing you with a friendly, personal and professional service.

Whether you're a fitness novice or fanatic we cater to all your requirements.

If classes aren't for you, we also offer a fully functional studio.

We are not your standard gym space, we do not offer typical resistance and CV machines. Instead, we have plenty of free weight & functional equipment, such as; Barbells (standard & Olympic), custom rigs, pull up bars, battle ropes, kettlebells, Bosus, TRX's, core bags, med & slam balls, dumbbells, Plyo boxes, benches, resistance bands & rollers, step boxes,  boxing bag & boxing equipment to name a few!

Everything you need to workout optimally. However, as our fitness space is unique we understand you might feel a little lost on your first visit. If so, we are more than happy to help you find your way around and show you everything we have to offer with guidance on what to do.

Terms & Conditions  

It is your responsibility to check with your doctor that you are physically fit and able to train. As a club we want to make fitness accessible to all women, however, it is your responsibility to provide us with details of any contraindications that may inhibit you from taking part in exercise safely. It is your responsibility to provide us with your up to date contact information. 

We also accept no responsibility for any injuries you might sustain whilst training, unless they are a result of negligence and poor teaching technique based on the practices of your instructor. 

Any pictures and videos of your classes which are filmed within the Hayloft Fitness belong solely to The Hayloft Fitness management, and may be used as we see fit for advertisement or to help promote our family run business. Any questions please don't hesitate contact us.
